APRIZZ - How to place your order

Found an APRIZZ item that you absolutely must have? Great!

Choose a color and/or size and add the item to your cart by clicking 'add to cart'. You can then continue shopping. You can return to your cart at any time by clicking the cart icon at the top right.

Please note: Items in your shopping cart are not automatically reserved.

Done shopping? Time to checkout! Click the shopping cart icon on the top right to go to your selected APRIZZ items. Here you can adjust the quantity of each item. Click the 'Proceed to checkout' button to go to the checkout page, where you can fill in all your details in one step.

Please note: Once you have completed your order, changes are no longer possible, as it is immediately processed for fast delivery.


Frequently asked questions about your APRIZZ order

1. What are the shipping costs?

APRIZZ pays the shipping costs for you, so they are free!*
*Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

2. Can I track my delivery?

Yes, we always send your order with Track & Trace . You can track your order via a link in the shipping confirmation that you receive by e-mail. Please note that it can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

3. What are the delivery times?

We strive for fast processing: orders placed on working days before 3 p.m. are processed the same day . On average, the delivery time for many items is 10-15 working days, because we ship directly from our suppliers.

4. What if I am not at home during delivery?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will wait for you for 7 days at a PostNL or Bpost location. You will receive a notification with the location. After this period, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

5. Entered the wrong address?

Please check your address carefully before ordering. If you accidentally made a mistake, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to help you within the available time window for adjustments.

6. What if my package is lost or stolen?

APRIZZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that the package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please report this to us as soon as possible. From 14 days after the expected delivery date, an investigation by the Parcel Service can be started. We will keep you informed during the investigation.
