Exchanges and returns
If you received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please send an email to info@aprizz.com to report this . Please include some info and photos.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original and saleable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
Request a return
- Please download, print and fill out the returns form if you do not have one already. Request the returns form using the form below.
- Please send your return form together with a photo of the products you are returning to info@aprizz.com by email.
- Once approved, please ensure your return is properly packaged and meets all of the conditions below.
- Please mark 'Returns' clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel.
- Please use an insured tracking service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
- Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@aprizz.com
Returns Policy and Guidelines:
- All returned items must be unused, unopened and in original plastic packaging.
- We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items.
- Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged to ensure they do not get damaged in the mail.
- Please ensure all return packages are sent using a trackable, insured service as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transit.
- Please ensure the returns form is approved - failure to approve may result in your return not being processed.
Easy returns in three simple steps:
- Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address and reason for return.
- Step 2: Send your order:
- Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.
- Step 3 : Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
- Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is returned to your bank account within five working days.
